Policies

Sessions/Appointments

Please allow a few minutes to unwind before we start, so your session is fully effective.

This is a space for relaxation, so we request that all cell phones and smart watches are turned off and speaking voices remain soothing, so as not to disrupt others.

Children ages 13 and older are welcome to experience group sessions.

Cancellation

Payment for services is required prior to your appointment.

We request a 24 hour cancellation notice for a full refund.

Our sessions will not be interrupted for late arrivals.

Emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis by the owner.

Payment Policies

We accept cash, checks, and Zelle. Returned payments will be charged a fee as incurred by the company. Clients with returned payments must pay in cash prior to, or at the time of service.
