Her Self Circle – June: Coming Back to Yourself
Reconnect. Release. Realign.
Join us for an intimate, intentional gathering ~ offered both in-person and online ~ for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and come back to themselves.
Whether you’re sitting in circle together or joining from the comfort of your own space, this experience is about more than just quieting your mind… it’s about feeling supported, seen, and gently held in a space of women doing the same.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’ve been showing up for everyone but yourself… this is your invitation to return inward.
This is not just a meditation class.
It’s a guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner voice in a way that feels real, grounding, and lasting.
Together, we’ll move through:
a guided meditation to reconnect with your higher self
reflective journaling for clarity and release
a powerful re-reading exercise to uncover what’s true beneath the noise
an intuitive oracle card pull for personal insight
Beyond the practices, there’s something just as meaningful: the quiet connection of being in space with other women who get it.
No pressure to share. No expectation to perform. Just a sense of community, presence, and shared humanity.
This is for you if:
You’ve been feeling overwhelmed or disconnected
You’ve been showing up for everyone but yourself
You’re craving clarity, grounding, and a moment to reset
You miss feeling connected—to yourself and to other women
No experience required! We may share for the journaling exercise, but is absolutely not required.
Bring:
a journal
a pen
an open mind
(for in-person) a yoga mat or blanket to lie down on (mats are also provided at the studio)
(for virtual) a quiet, comfortable space where you can be uninterrupted
